The sustainability approach starting with the UN Global Compact has first made the governments and then the companies become more active. This approach is essentially about every person making use of the resources offered to him or her by the world in a correct, fair and ethical way and of replacing the consumed recourses with even more of the same.
KSS Strateji is a company working towards a “world more worth living in”. Our projects are both individual and corporate and aim at educating the public, while encouraging more entities adopt this approach, and raising the public awareness in our country concerning the practices developed for a more sustainable world.

WHAT DOES KSS STRATEJİ DO?
Regardless of the corporate scale, KSS Strateji analyze the operation of corporates and develop the sustainability strategy by determining deficiencies of the company. Afterwards KSS Strateji provides the integration of the corporate, and schedule and apply all required trainings, as a result KSS Strateji guide to create the sustainability report.
Our main goal is to provide corporates, regardless to their scale, to be more efficient, risk ready, creative, entrepreneurial and innovative structure.
We pursue the strategies to achieve our work with the most accurate and efficient way. KSS Strateji has a responsibility to ensure and keep the corporate privacy. One of our priorities are to keep the basic principles, internal balances, inter departmental communication and employee motivation of companies.

Serpil Büyükaltınçizme has worked as product manager, marketing manager and assistant general manager positions at Interbank, Eczacıbaşı İpekkağıt, Schering Pharmaceuticals, Tetra Pak Packaging, Turkcell and Gedik Investment starting from 1984.
OUR CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Corporate Social Responsibility forms the basis of our business; therefore we have prepared affordable training programs for young people as a first step of what we can do in this area.
HOW CAN WE PROMOTE PERSONAL AND SOCIAL SELF – CONFIDENCE ?
This is one of the questions we confront as we think about what we can do for a “world worth more worth living in”
This heading states an ideal which the whole world strives for. How can we contribute to this? We are going to consult experts and look for solutions together. When these programs are established, they will be announced on our website.
TRAININGS
We produced create different training solutions to increase awareness of sustainability and reporting and to be followed by more companies. We offer two different workshops, first one two hours of basic informative workshops for companies or individual participants and second one more elaborate training in sustainability and sustainability report.
