Serpil Büyükaltınçizme has worked as product manager, marketing manager and assistant general manager positions at Interbank, Eczacıbaşı İpekkağıt, Schering Pharmaceuticals, Tetra Pak Packaging, Turkcell and Gedik Investment starting from 1984.

Since 2010 she is concentrated in Sustainability and Reporting . After a refreshing training at Kadir Has University and a one year volunteer work in Corporate Social Responsibility Association she established KSS Strateji Ltd. in 2014. Now she is providing sustainability consultancy, training and reporting services to serve companies achieving a more corporate, more creative and sustainable structure . KSS Strateji also carries out informative meetings and certificate programs at the universities about sustainability and reporting.

Serpil Büyükaltınçizme is a graduate of Austrian High School (SG ’80) and Istanbul Technical University – Department of Business Administration. She speaks very good German and English. She also knows Italian and Swedish at beginner level.

She has attended several in-company trainings. ISO Systems , Managerial Grid, Corporate Governance and Communication trainings in Tetra Pak Sweden are some of them.

Volunteering Activities :

– Volunteer active duty for one year in Turkey Corporate Social Responsibility Association.
– Five semesters active participation in the “I Want to Work” project, which is organized by the Austrian High School Women’s Platform and allows university students to practice business life in Istanbul.
– She also is a member of Kartçınar Chorus, which is consists of Austrian High School Graduates and their friends. They are primarily giving concerts for the benefit of Nursing Homes and aiming to keep Turkish Art Music alive.
– She also takes part at the mentorship project of The Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG).
– Memberships of various civil society organizations.

For another social venture project which she plans to carry out in the near future, she has completed Food and Beverage Management, Basic Cooking and Food Styling and Photography programs at the Academy of Culinary Arts.

She is a mother, who works for a better world and believes that every human being is valuable. She also is a good sailor, loves to work on land and has a high opinion of every field of art.
